This restaurant was renovated from a 16th-century gallery, and the entire building has a very strong Moroccan architectural feature. It feels very luxurious, and of course the dishes here are also very exquisite. In such a dining environment, it really makes people feel a strong cultural atmosphere. It is definitely worth recommending to everyone to experience it, it is really rare.

Chahramane Palace Riad Marrakech is a traditional Moroccan courtyard restaurant. It was the residence of the nobles and rich in ancient times. The living room specially set up to receive guests is now transformed into a banquet hall. The gorgeous mosaics and carvings, the patterns are complex and delicate, and the natural wood, traditional lanterns, low tables, and handmade cushions are decorated with Moroccan style luxury. As soon as we entered the door, locals dressed in traditional Moroccan clothes, playing local music, lined the aisles to welcome us~ The exterior of the restaurant looks very inconspicuous, but the interior is very beautiful, in real Moroccan style. This is a particularly ceremonial dinner. Moroccan cuisine originated from Berber, but Morocco's food culture is different from that of typical Arab countries. Its unique geographical location and complex national history have created a unique Moroccan cuisine, which can be said to be a fusion of Berber, Jewish, Arab, and French styles. It was probably a little early when we arrived, and the restaurant seemed particularly quiet. As if knowing that we were hungry, the waiter quickly brought biscuits and poured mint tea to greet us. The exquisite tea set was paired with golden biscuits, and the mint tea exuded a sweet aroma. I actually thought that maybe in "One Thousand and One Nights", the king ate biscuits and drank mint tea while listening to the stories told by the clever woman night after night. Thinking of this, I actually felt quite romantic~ Moroccan salad, usually used as an appetizer, ordinary salad consists of tomatoes, onions, and bell peppers, and olives, coriander and cumin are added to it for flavoring. In more traditional restaurants, various salad plates are generally served, including olives, fennel, orange juice carrot shreds, cucumbers, etc. Morocco is close to the bay on one side and the desert on the other. Fresh water resources are extremely scarce. Taji pot came into being in such a natural environment. The conical lid allows the water vapor in the food to return to the pot for continued use, and the clay material makes the stew more flavorful. When many tourists leave Morocco, they almost always have a small tagine in their luggage. Even if they don’t use it to cook, it can be used as a decoration and a serving plate. The tagine has been developed and utilized to the greatest extent in its country of origin. Various dishes are served on the Moroccan table from such a pot. All meals are done in one pot, similar to the "lazy rice cooker recipe". It has become a signature dish of restaurants in Morocco, and there is basically no problem of plagiarism or stealing secret recipes. The tagine has actually become a cooking method, which is to cook food in a round, flat-bottomed ceramic pot with a conical lid. Vegetables, meat, fish, dried plums, etc. are all fine. This is a common family dish in Morocco and a common dish in restaurants. #The Shining City That Cannot Be Hidden #Morocco Travel #Marrakech #Tajine #Local Food Old Town of Marrakech

This restaurant serves Middle Eastern specialties. As soon as you enter, you'll be surrounded by a Middle Eastern atmosphere. There are all kinds of intricate patterns, heavy-colored door curtains, and a five-story chandelier.

Good environment and good service First came the appetizers Then the sushi platter The fried vegetable tempura was delicious The onion rings and radishes were delicious The fried prawns were definitely not worse than the good Japanese restaurants in Shanghai The fried rice was a bit raw I thought the dishes would end after the rice was served But there were wagyu cubes (tender) and grilled lamb chops (lamb chops were better than beef) How could I finish them What a generous amount Two ice creams for dessert One was some kind of plum sorbet The other was avocado ice cream And a heart-shaped beef cube Is it a sign My dream will come true in 2019 I brought my relatives and friends here to celebrate my wedding!

This is a very high-end Italian restaurant in Morocco. The decoration of the whole restaurant is very luxurious, showing the noble atmosphere. The waiters here are very considerate and every dish is very attentive, showing the exquisite taste of Italian food. Although the price is a bit expensive, it is worth experiencing this noble service and enjoyment.

The traditional Moroccan simple meal in this restaurant is very delicious. First, a plate of various seasonings is served, probably jam, honey, etc. The cake pierced with a toothpick is very crispy. The sesame pie is sweet and delicious!

We had a great meal at Naranj restaurant in Marrakech last night. The food was fresh and tasty. The waiter was very friendly and attentive. The interior is a mix of Moroccan and Lebanese elements, and the roof is particularly gorgeous. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Marrakech!

This is a popular restaurant located in the old city of Marrakech. There is a very large terrace on the third floor of the restaurant. If you go early and are lucky, you can grab a seat on the edge, so you can taste local food while enjoying the scenery of the old city. Especially when you enjoy the sunset, the setting sun shines on the houses in the old city, which is really beautiful and romantic.

Right next to Djemaa el Fna Square, you can see the sign from afar. There is a terrace on the third floor, but the location is not good, just blocking the sunset, and the view of the square is good. The waiter is still enthusiastic, Moroccan style western food.

Awesome night, the singers were incredible. We arrived at 8pm and it was the most enjoyable experience I have ever had. We ordered a bottle of wine and some delicious food. The taxi cost about 100 dirhams for a 10-15 minute ride. The service from the staff was also top notch. Don't miss it!

This place is full of young staff and the food is great and tasty. Interesting and trendy interior, the staff are attentive and try to provide a pleasant environment. There was too much food to finish and unfortunately the roof terrace was too cold to eat there. We enjoyed the special of the day and the Tanjin dish.

Right on the main square with a great view this was a welcome find - we were looking for some local wine (many places don't serve alcohol) and a meal and were delighted to find this gem. Service was a little slow but typical for Africa and very welcoming and friendly - as I would expect from Moroccans. We ordered a selection of salads and local pastries, along with their finest Moroccan red wine which was very good and thoroughly enjoyed everything. We were warmly invited back and the following night we were lucky enough to have beautiful belly dancers (I even danced with one of them!) It's definitely a sanctuary for tourists and expats but felt very relaxed and cosy - it's not as formal and chic as some places but has more of a relaxed local feel. Definitely recommend this restaurant in Marrakech.

This restaurant is near Djemaa El Fna Square. You can sit on the semi-open rooftop terrace and enjoy the breeze. The kebabs (70DH) and meat pies (65DH) we ordered were both good. The only drawback is that the portions were a little small, so I deducted one star.

After eating at local Moroccan restaurants for several days, we were a bit tired and found this Italian restaurant, right by the main road, very easy to find. The restaurant is on the second floor. There are not many tourists, mainly European tourists in groups of three or five. We ordered steak and fried fish and mojito, which tasted good. The restaurant has a beautiful terrace with a view of the tower in the distance, which is very beautiful under the setting sun.

This restaurant was recommended by our riad hosts. The restaurant is a one minute walk from where we live. Oh my god! Fantastic, super delicious, great service. For just 85 hours I had a starter (tomato salad), main and desert caramel flambée, we also had free bread and sauce. I had the chicken and veggies, the tagine was delicious, no wine was served: I was awake all night and I went back the next day, my partner had pizza and I had pasta, we were given starters with free bread and sauce again, the pasta and pizza were amazing again. I'm very picky about pasta, I even complain about it at a proper Italian restaurant, but this pasta was some of the best I've ever had.
